A focused coaching conversation, typically lasting 60–75 minutes

Feeling unclear, conflicted, overwhelmed, or stuck?

People often come to this session when they’re standing at a crossroads and want clarity without pressure or overthinking.

If you’ve been circling the same questions, postponing decisions, or carrying a quiet sense that something needs to change — you don’t need fixing.

You don’t need another system.

You may simply need space.

This is a one-on-one intuitive life coaching session designed to help you slow down, gently untangle what’s been confusing, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom and self-trust.

Together, we’ll listen more closely to what’s happening beneath the noise and create space for insight, direction, and your next step to emerge.

This session is especially helpful if you:

  • feel stuck or uncertain about a decision or transition

  • are overwhelmed by too many thoughts, options, or outside voices

  • know something needs to shift, but aren’t sure what

  • want clarity that feels honest, grounded, and true to you

$175 per session

You don't have to show up with anything figured out — just having that feeling of being unsure, a sense of wanting more, or questioning where you're at is enough.

What to expect in a session

This is a calm, supportive, one-on-one conversation guided by intuition, reflection, and grounded coaching.

We’ll begin by slowing things down and listening closely to what’s been feeling confusing, heavy, or unresolved. From there, I’ll gently ask questions, reflect what I’m hearing, and help you tune back into your own inner wisdom and perspective.

There’s no script and no pressure to arrive at answers quickly. Each session unfolds uniquely, based on what’s most present and ready for you.

Some sessions focus on a specific decision or transition. Others explore patterns, emotions, or questions that have been quietly asking for your attention.

By the end of our time together, many people feel clearer, steadier, and more connected to themselves — with a gentler understanding of what’s next.

This session is — and isn’t

This session is:

  • a supportive space to slow down and listen more clearly to yourself

  • a collaborative conversation focused on clarity, self-trust, and next steps

  • intuitive, reflective, and gently guided

  • grounded, honest, and tailored to what you’re navigating right now

This session is not:

  • therapy or mental health treatment

  • advice-giving or someone telling you what to do

  • a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all method

  • about fixing you — because you’re not broken

This work is most helpful when you’re open, curious, and willing to engage thoughtfully in the process.

How it works

  • Sessions are 60–75 minutes and held via Google Meet (off camera)

  • After selecting a date and time in my calendar link, you’ll sign a coaching agreement and complete a short intake form. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with your session link.

  • You’re welcome to bring a specific question, decision, or situation — or simply come as you are

  • Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice
