"Andrea coached me through an amazing session! I feel like she guided me through a portion of my journey where I hadn't been offered the opportunity to "phone a friend". This call took me through a place I'd resisted going, needed to go, and now blessed to have finally traveled. I now feel like I can cross the street and travel into new territory. I've pinpointed what I need to do in order to sign up for the longer race. I now believe that I can travel beyond the invisible boundaries I'd put up for myself.
